Birthday Gifties

So. Monkeyboy Sr. had a birthday a little while back, and in addition to the traditional “big Lego gift” that he usually gets, I decided we would all make him little somethings as well.

The boys had a blast painting some plain wooden frames…

… and a bit of themselves. 😉

And I decided to turn this pic of a “grab bag of deer” (as we have come to call the deer we happily spy on our way past a park near us)…

… into a travel mug, for my husband’s new coffee quest. Add a couple of photos of the Juniors doing things daddy loves, a little cake and song, and it was a fine birthday indeed.
