Kate and the Amazing Technicolour Blankie

Just a quick post about my latest piece – a cozy and colourful handcrocheted blanket. 💗

Using the same freestyle technique and super soft acrylic yarn as I do for my wraps, I crocheted 16 different colours at “random” (I did 1-2 rows of each colour within the pink edged segments) to create a rainbow of comfort!

As you can see, the dog has already decided it’s perfect for cuddling up on as well – look at all the stray hairs! 😉 Who can blame her?

Since it uses almost twice as much yarn as a wrap, and because I’m really not sure that anyone else “out there” is as big of a fan of colour as I seem to be, I’m not going to make a second to try and sell… unless someone custom orders one.
